What this service is
A matching service that introduces people who have a property to people who need one. We are not a broker, agent or party to any transaction, and we do not verify legal title unless a listing explicitly says ownership documents were verified.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information and keep your listing or requirement up to date. Tell us when a property is no longer available.
- List only property you own or are authorised to represent, and state your relationship truthfully.
- Do your own checks before paying anyone or signing anything. Visit the property and verify documents.
What is not allowed
False or misleading listings, impersonating an owner, repeated duplicate listings, harassment, or trying to collect other users' contact details for other purposes. We may pause or remove listings and restrict accounts that break these rules.
Fees
Posting a requirement and receiving matches is free. Owners pay a one-time verification and activation fee per property; partners (brokers) list using credits. Prices shown at the time of payment apply.
Liability
We provide introductions and tools on an "as is" basis. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the conduct of users, the condition or legal status of any property, or losses arising from a transaction between users.
